2022		General Meeting – Meet and Greet

Come join us for Ashford Women’s Club first general meeting of the year!! Let’s sip mimosas and mocktails as we get to know each other!

2022		Witches Ride

We will meet at the corner of Honeywood Trail and Spanish Moss to parade through the neighborhood and toss candy for the little gremlins.
Please arrive at 6:15pm dressed in your best witch attire (full costume or just accessories) on your choice of wheels (bike, scooter, skateboard, etc.). If you are unable to wheel your way we’ll have a few vehicles available to ride in.

2022		General Meeting – Mummy Wrap

Then get unraveled with us at this year’s mummy wrapping game to find the best mummy!

All are welcome ! You do not have to be a member to ride or wrap !

2022		General Meeting – Ladies Game Night

Ready…Set…DRAW!! You are invited to join us for a fun-filled evening of Pictionary for the Ashford Women’s Club Game Night meeting this Thursday !

2022		Santas Ride

He’ll be chauffeured by our neighbor, Charles Ynman in his red convertible and escorted by our Constables.
Starting at the intersection of Honeywood Trail and Shannon Valley , Santa will ride through the neighborhood to the South Pool on Westella. Santa will then be available in the Memorial Garden for photos until 11:00.
This is a time for all of our children to line the streets to catch treats and a glimpse of Santa on his Corvette Sleigh! They can also have a picture with Santa in the Memorial Garden after the ride.

2022		Holiday Deco Judging

The AWC Holiday Decoration Contest Committee will ride the neighborhood to judge the holiday decorations. Please have your home fully decorated prior to December 12th, in order to participate in the contest!!
Three awards will be given !

2022		General Meeting – Ornament Exchange

You are invited to join us for an Ornament Exchange Holiday Party for the Ashford Women’s Club. Please bring a new wrapped ornament with a value of around $5 to $10 for the exchange! Be on the lookout for the evite to RSVP!

2023		General Meeting – Wine Glass Painting

Create your one of a kind masterpiece at Paint Night!! Join us for an evening of painting wine glasses and socializing. The club will provide the wine glasses and painting supplies. Be on the lookout for the evite to RSVP!  Directions and gate access will be on the evite.

2023		General Meeting- Wine, Cheese and Chocolate

Join us for an evening of wine, cheese, and chocolate tasting! While you sample selections from different parts, learn how to pair wine, cheese, and chocolates with us! Be on the lookout for the evite to RSVP!  Directions will be on the evite.

2023		Community Garage Sale

Ashford Women’s Club will hold its inaugural neighborhood garage sale . You can participate in two ways: either contribute your goods to AWC, let us handle the labor, and keep the proceeds, or buy a vendor ticket for $10 to reserve a 6 * 4 feet space. You can sell your old or new items or advertise your business. So act now to purchase vendor tickets as we only have a few spots left.

You can also buy space to advertise your small business and sell goods. Thank you to all of you who have donated to the garage sale and we are still accepting donations till March 12th. In order to publicize the event and make it a huge success, we need your help.

The Easter Bunny is coming to Ashford and hiding eggs !
Come join us in finding them ! The hunt will begin at 10:15 sharp – don’t be late ! The Easter Bunny will be available for photos (don’t forget your camera).

Survey Says…..Wild Wears Fashion Show!!! 
Join us for a Wild Wear Fashion Show and come dressed wearing your more unique apparel and walk the member red carpet runway!! Members can have fun making fun vogue descriptions of attire. Be on the lookout for the evite to RSVP!

2023		Spring Fling Fiesta !

There is no siesta until we FIESTA!!
Join us on for an unforgettable evening filled with fun and festivity. Dress up in your favorite fiesta-inspired attire and be ready to dance the night away to Latin Beats. Our menu will feature delicious Mexican cuisine. 
We encourage you to bring your spouse or friends to this event, as we’ll have plenty of activities and entertainment for everyone.

2023		General Meeting – Summer Reading Book Exchange

You are invited to join us for this year’s book exchange!! Please bring a wrapped book (new or gently used) with a short message about why you selected this book for the exchange. Any book that you would recommend to a friend! Be on the lookout for the evite to RSVP!

2023		General Meeting – Progressive Dinner

Please join us as we celebrate the end of the year with a progressive dinner!! This will be hosted across three different homes. We will be at each home for one hour, starting at 7pm for Appetizers, then 7:30pm for Dinner, and finishing at 8:30pm for Desserts. This year for the progressive dinner meeting, we are asking for members to provide appetizers, the Club provides dinner and the board provides desserts.
During this meeting we will also be swearing in our 2023-2024 slate of board members!
You can drive. carpool to each home as we progress, or park somewhere along the route and plan to walk to each home. Total walking distance from start to finish is 0.5 miles.
