Ashford Elementary Volunteers

Thank you to AWC Members from Ashford Elementary!

Dear Ashford Women’s Club,

I would like to send a huge thank you for distributing our call for volunteers to your membership for last week’s events at Ashford Elementary. From that call, we received several volunteers for our projects, especially during hard-to-fill times and had a most successful week!

For the Book Fair – Luanne, Jeannine, and Mallory (sorry no photo) came to assist, primarily in the late afternoon times, and were clutch in helping families access the fair after hours.

On Friday Afternoon, Hazel’s husband, Carleton, spent several hours with us assembling picnic tables that are now available for classes to use outside, in addition to serving as a spot for teachers and staff to have lunch, or families to enjoy during school events.
