2026 – 2027 Events Calendar
The Ashford Women’s Club hosts a variety of events and meetings throughout the year. This is a great opportunity to get to know your neighbors and learn about ways to give back to our community!
Monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of each month, September—June and begin at 7:00PM unless otherwise noted. We also host several neighborhood events including Santa’s Ride and the Easter Egg Hunt.

See the map below to choose your best viewing spot. The route takes 30-40 minutes so please be patient as you await his sleigh. For the safety of our children during this holiday event, please do not let children approach the vehicle while Santa is driving by. Ho ho ho!

Holiday Decorations Judging
Hi neighbors, it’s that time of year again! The Ashford Women’s Club is preparing for its annual holiday decoration contest. If you want your home to be considered, make sure your decorations are up by December 10th as judging will take place the following week. Categories the judges will pick winners for are Color Me Christmas, Wonderful and White, and Christmas Cheer. As a rule, if your home won in the last two years, you are not eligible to win again this year, but we’d still love to see your lovely lights and decorations!
Dec 17, Thursday
General Meeting – Wine Charm Workshop
Combining a love of wine and crafting, we’ll be making wine glass charms this month! Materials will be provided, and members are encouraged to make as many wine charms as they want to take with them. These are a cute way to identify whose glass is whose at a large event like those often hosted around the holidays. Not a wine person? These charms can be looped around anything with a stem in your home – think candlesticks or gift tags!

General Meeting – White Elephant Gift Exchange
Starting the year off by getting rid of extra items around the house! It’s our annual no-buy white elephant gift exchange. Received a gift that just isn’t your style, or looking to give something around your house a second life? Bring it to swap! I’m sure it will find a happy home with another of our members. Members are invited but not expected to put their best (or worst) holiday wear on one last time this winter season.
